All our products are developed and produced in Sweden and France.

Björk and Berries hand and body products are formulated with a high level of organic and naturally derived ingredients. Our Eau de Parfum collection is crafted using organic fermented alcohol made from vegetable production waste.

Our fragrances combine natural and carefully selected synthetic raw materials. This allows us to deliver a rich sensory experience while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability, and reducing the impact on nature.

Yes, all our products are vegan.

No, our products do not contain parabens, PFAS, silicones or sulphates.

Scrub Soap contains AHA/BHA acids which you should be careful using while pregnant, if not avoid completely. This is because these acids exfoliate the skin and makes it thinner and thus more sensitive to sun and increased risk for pigmentation, even though most pigmentations during pregnancy occurs because of hormonal changes.

There are no other specific restrictions regarding using our products while pregnant.

We always recommend that people with allergies or sensitive skin perform a patch test on a small area before using any new product. While we take great care in our formulations, we cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for every individual.

Our fragrances contain a blend of essential oils and carefully selected synthetic fragrance ingredients. In many cases, synthetic ingredients are less allergenic than natural ones, as they are specifically developed for safe use in perfumery and cosmetic applications.

If you know which ingredients you are allergic to, we are happy to help review the product composition together with you.

The alcohol used in our products is made from upcycled sugar beets. Even if alcohol were derived from wheat, it is fully distilled before use, meaning no gluten remains, only pure alcohol. We can therefore guarantee that our products are 100% gluten free.

In addition, gluten is only harmful to people with gluten intolerance when ingested, not when applied to the skin.

All our Hand & Body Washes, Lotions, Shampoo and Conditioner bottles and pumps are made of 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.

Our 400 ml bottle is made of 100% recycled plastics. The surface can therefore be uneven with marks and color differences; however, this is a natural characteristic of recycled materials and does not affect the quality. Using post consumed plastic means we want to limit the usage of virgin materials and instead reuse already consumed goods.

We ship to all mainland U.S. states, as well as Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that due to dangerous goods restrictions, we are only able to ship Eau de Parfums by road service and not through air/expedited shipping. We are therefore unable to ship this product outside of mainland U.S.

We ship from our warehouse in New York, NY.

Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation, on business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. When the shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with information to track your order.

Due to dangerous goods restrictions, we are only able to ship Eau de Parfums by road service and not through air/expedited shipping. We are therefore unable to ship this product outside of mainland U.S. or with express shipping.

We offer different shipping methods depending on your location. Available shipping alternatives, delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location and estimate information is indicative only. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer. Currently, we do not support deliveries to PO box addresses.

The estimated delivery time does not account for possible delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability. The delivery estimate shows shipping time upon fulfillment.

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will reply to you with an address to return the products to. Please note, the returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Upon return:
- Please return the products as soon as possible and no later than 14 days of your initial email.
- Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or a similar solid box. close and tape the box.
- Place the return shipping label on the outside of the box, covering any other delivery information.
- Return at your closest delivery point.
- Please keep your postal receipt, we may need to see this if we have not received your package.

The original shipping cost and shipping costs incurred when returning the products will not be refunded. Additionally, shipping charges will be payable if the refund reduces the original order amount below the threshold for free shipping. Please note, that if you have chosen a delivery method other than our standard shipping services we will only refund the amount equivalent to our standard shipping.

We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you were to receive a defective product, please reach out to us at customer@bjorkandberries.com. Please include a description of the deficiency and if possible, a picture. If we consider the item defective we will either replace the defective product or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.
